Steve and I want to thank you for sticking by us during this difficult short sales process. The last 9 months have been an extremely stressful situation for our family however, we felt at peace dealing with O'Conor and Mooney knowing we had your full faith and trust in us. Wendy Albert deserves special commendation for working so hard with me and for always being patient with me. Wendy always responded quickly and knew how to be a nurturing friend to me as well as an organized realtor. I know I demanded quite a bit from Wendy and we go back in friendship over 10 years, but I would not have trusted another realtor with our sale.
When difficulties arose because this was a short sale, she allowed me to research and get totally involved to try to help the process. We worked as a team and it served very well due to the unusual nature of the short sale process. We learned new things every day! I know how hard she worked for a sale that did not pay the typical commission and can only say how much we appreciate all of her hard work.
I will say with all the knowledge I gained from this sale, I am now interested in going to school and getting my real estate license. As soon as I am able I do plan on this and would love to work with your firm in the future.
Again, I want to thank you for your professionalism in all aspects of this sale. Actually, Frank and I are also sorry that it didn't work out! We showed 10 properties on Saturday and I have to tell you that you made your listing the very easiest to show! Actually, we were stood up by 3 of the agents and the other listing agent in your building actually took over and hour and a half to finally get us into the unit. ... Our clients came in to purchase a property that day and did so. We appreciated your phone calls to ensure our entrance to your listing and really wished it had met their needs. So once again, I would like to thank you for the courtesy that you extended to us and our clients! We are trying very hard to bring another client back within the next week or so. Hope to see you soon with another buyer for this listing!

As I told the both of you, Louisa is probably the best realtor I have ever had. She worked through a very difficult housing market to sell Thurloe Drive. She never gave up, she encouraged me, held my hand, was my mother when necessary and the Gestapo with a velvet hammer when she felt I needed to do more. Louisa held it together for all of us. She fought like a tiger on my behalf and never gave up hope that we would sell. I am sure that this was one of her harder properties to sell due to all the market conditions, plus my green rugs which nobody except me liked. She went far and beyond what most realtors would do to achieve the final result.
I consider myself fortunate to know her and experience her hard efforts on my behalf.
