Jim Moran Bio
Jim Moran’s attention to detail and multi-faceted knowledge for all things real estate are perfect for buyers and sellers looking for real estate success. With a sense of humor and warm charm, customer service is Jim’s strong suit, along with an outstanding record of achieving great results. In fact, he instills a loyalty in his clients that always finds them coming back for more when it’s time to buy or sell.
A realtor for O’Conor Mooney & Fitzgerald since 2002, Jim thoroughly enjoys working for a locally-owned company whose name is synonymous with honesty and integrity in the industry. His focus includes, but is not limited to Harford County, Baltimore County & Baltimore City, Howard County, Anne Arundel County and Cecil County.
In addition to his real estate agent work, Jim is Owner and Principal of Moran Appraisal Services. Founded in 1992, Jim handles appraisals for residential real estate in and around the Baltimore metro area. His energetic and focused approach is highly sought after by both buyers and sellers looking to find value — both literally and figuratively. He has an eye for quality, and to say his knowledge of the Maryland market is vast is putting it lightly.
Jim is active in his community and is constantly on the pulse of what’s trending in the real estate market. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Harford County Association of Realtors.
Jim grew up in Maryland and is proud of his Baltimore roots. He is a graduate of Towson University and Calvert Hall College High School and is married with two children who are both graduates of Loyola University. Jim is a beach bum at heart, and on a rare day off, you’ll find him golfing, watching lacrosse or watching one of Maryland’s top 3 — The Orioles, The Ravens or The Terps.
